Objective
Be at the heart of the Digital Transformation
The Digital transformation disrupts every business and traditional sectors like engineering. I want to be at the heart of this transformation to create new business opportunities and add more value to traditional products and services. My engineering background and my passion for digital and business are the key to understand people with different background and help them to work as a team.
Approach
Design Thinking
To design the best product, I believe that technologies have to be associated with a great user experience. During innovation process, I’m using the design thinking methodology to understand what issues my customers are facing, defined the challenges, ideate and find concepts. At the end, I iterate back and force between prototyping and testing with end users to quickly find the best solution.
Skills
Multi Disciplines capabilities
As a mechanical engineer, I know how to design systemic solutions. My passion and curiosity help me to have multidisciplinary skills. Thanks to massive open online courses (MOOC), I’ve learned different programing languages and methodologies to develop my own web sites, desktop & mobile apps or IOT platform. I need to learn every day and question all the time my skills and the way I work to be better.
Product Design
From the specification to production, I use design thinking and value analysis to define product functions answering to customer needs. My knowledge in mechanical, electronical and software engineering allow me to propose solutions and understand those of other team members.
IOT
I design my own IOT solutions from the hardware to the user interfaces and data management in the cloud. In addition of the technical layer, I propose new services with great user experience using IOT data and remote monitoring to add more value.
Project Managment
I know how to manage complex industrial and multidiscipline projects. As a product owner or classic project manager, I manage quality and cost to give customers the right product on time. I know how to transform business goal in technical solutions
Customer Focus
When I design a product, I always take a step back to be sure we don’t forget our end users and customers. We don’t create products for us but for other people so for me, it’s important to be sure that what we design is what they need.

I wanted to demonstrate that it’s possible to make a very low cost and robust IOT modem to connect industrial product like chillers. I used the minimum viable product principle to quickly design a POC and show what we could do with data in a mobile and desktop app.
